Amazing Seed Cereal and Choffy for Breakfast

yumm! I have a chia breakfast much like this every morning I seriously dream about eating it before Im assleep its that good!

Chia:  Full of iron, folate, magnesium, calcium, fiber, and omega-3
Hemp:  High in protein, omega-3 and 6, and nutrients that help lower cholesterol
Sunflower:  Packed with B vitamins and folate, vitamin E (antioxidant), protein, and heart healthy fats
Flax:  Full of omega-3 and lignans which may prevent certain cancers

As I mentioned in my earlier post, I am a very fond breakfast lover! I go to bed, dreaming of the breakfast I am going to have the next morning. Of course this usually causes restlessness and it takes me forever to get to sleep but I enjoy coming up with intricate combinations of flavours and ways of creating yummy, nutritious, healthy morning meals to fuel my day and power on. Here is one of the more simpler breakfast items I enjoy, oatmeal! We always seem to have frozen raspberries in the fridge so it is just a given that they are included in this recipe.
